While rums are generally used in this Polynesian niche of drinks, we expand beyond this region to create something totally new and exciting. Fresh juices and orgeats, premium spirits, and a little creativity are the pillars of our fun and refreshing bar program.
is Japan's delicious national obsession that originated from the Chinese hand pulled noodle called lamian. Like many things Japanese, ramen was adopted and adapted into its own dish differentiated by regions and styles as diverse as pizza. Unlike most restaurants, which buy and serve factory-made ramen (shocking, but true!), we take pride in making our own artisan organic alkaline ramen noodle that is hand massaged (temomi ramen) to create its unique texture. And, we make broth from scratch.
